Who is responsible

Live Learn Inspire is operated by AKEMO Group AS (org. no. 936 332 803), Oslo, Norway, which is the data controller for this website. Contact us through the contact form.

What we collect, and why

Forms (contact, be a guest, partnerships, support and event interest): the details you type in, used only to reply and to handle your request. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep inquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless they turn into an ongoing collaboration.

The LLI Letter: your email address, used to send the newsletter after you confirm by email. Legal basis: consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we delete your address when you unsubscribe.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Videos

Episodes and clips are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and Google’s privacy policy applies to that player.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection, analytics)
• Resend (delivers form submissions to our inbox)
• Brevo (newsletter, EU-based)

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under the EU’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, through the contact form. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set cookies of its own. The spam check on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use strictly necessary storage to tell people from bots.
